These terms apply to your use of handymandom.uk and to digital products sold via links from this website (for example downloads fulfilled by Gumroad). They do not replace a signed works contract for trade services.
Quotes and services
Website pricing guides are for information only. A binding contract for trade services exists only when you accept a written quote from Handyman Dom and any agreed deposit or start conditions are met.
Digital products
Digital downloads (such as printable PDF planners) are sold UK-wide. Checkout and delivery are typically handled by Gumroad. You receive a personal-use licence for your own household unless stated otherwise. Content is general guidance — not a site survey or quote. Do not attempt gas work or main house roof work. Buying a download does not create a contract for Handyman Dom trade services (Preston & South Ribble only).
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day cancellation right for digital content. If you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose that right once the download starts, the cancellation right ends when supply begins after that consent. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false enquiries.
Intellectual property
Site content and digital products belong to Handyman Dom unless stated otherwise. Do not copy for commercial use without permission.
Liability
We are not liable for temporary site or checkout unavailability, or reliance on general information that is not part of your personal quote. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
